About
Quantum Minesweeper is the classic game of Minesweeper, played on a quantum board. The mines are not hidden in fixed places: until you look, a cell can hold a mine and not hold one at the same time.
You play by measuring a cell, which forces it to settle on one answer, or by applying quantum gates, which change a cell without looking at it. In the main Clear mode you win by making a mine outcome impossible everywhere — not by working out where the mines were.
Developed at the Nordic Institute for Theoretical Physics (Nordita), the project brings together gameplay, stabilizer mechanics, and shared browser, server, and TUI implementations.
